IN-HOUSE TRAINING
As these are in-house trainings, they most often take place on the premises of the beneficiaries themselves, allowing all different types and profiles of participants to take part uninterruptedly. This can however be arranged otherwise, ahead of the training itself.
Our training programmes usually last two days, this includes the theoretical overview with a practical application of the knowledge. During the process, we assure that sufficient time is allocated for an open discussion, during which participants are encouraged to address any questions or queries they might have. It is our intention to leave your employees feeling confident, once the training has come to an end. Once finished, we remain available to you, should any additional information or follow ups, be needed; for free.

In order for your organisation, to receive the assurance that your cost declaration complies with the legality and regularity conditions; we are available to perform a 'test' audit, that provides a clear understanding of all internal deficiencies, in need of on-target correction.

This type of training enables all financial and project managers to follow the same introduction into the administrative, financial and legislative provisions. The programme is specifically designed to help reach a common starting point, in the implementation of the project, by sharing all best practices.
Training CONSORTIUM
At your request we can also join you at the kick off meeting and provide your consortium with an initial basic overview of the most important segments in the financial and administrative management of the project. This will give you a common understanding of the rules and establish an essential link amongst participants, enabling effortless cooperation during the project implementation.
Based on this we can then explore further options for more detailed acquaintance of the eligibility rules and procedures, and other.
PROVIDING SUPPORT
We can consult and offer further advice, in regards to any other requirements needed for an efficient set up of your project management. This Includes the establishment of the correct and efficient system for your financial control management and coordination of any tasks necessary for the implementation. Company WORKSHOPS
Upon your request we can organize a workshop with one or more specific themes, followed by practical work within a different department. Based on a one-on-one approach, we can help you clarify any uncertain situation and gain an in-depth understanding of your specific unanswered questions, that are relevant for your organisation. We always try to facilitate the communication and cooperation among independently functioning units of your entity.
After each and every individual consultation and/or organisation training session, we remain available to you for any additional follow up questions, enquiries, and/or any unexpected issues, that may arise; or any additional guidance and support you and your organisation may need, once you have applied the knowledge and/or information gained during the training. This is complimentary.
